Pursuing my passion for procurement utilising my extensive experiences and insights gained both internationally and cross culturally with several large FMCG companies and working on a freelance basis to conduct health checks on procurement functions and making recommendations for value and efficiency improvements. I have worked internationally across diverse cultures with a particular knowledge of Africa having travelled extensively across East and West Africa and having physically worked in Ethiopia and Nigeria as the Head of Function. People development is one of my passions and I have coached and developed procurement teams which has provided a deep satisfaction seeing the benefits returned to both the teams and the individuals.
