At this industry-leading company (a division of Hillenbrand Industries), I was responsible for integrated marketing communications for a broad portfolio of burial products and services, as well as continuing education, peer-to-peer marketing, and some internal communications. My duties included extensive writing, editing, and project management of online and print marketing communications collateral, including promotional emails, infographics, brochures, handouts, print and online ads, video scripts, web landing pages, webinars, bylined articles, and many other deliverables -- both print and digital.

Provided editing, writing, marketing, and public relations work for a range of local and regional business and nonprofit clients, including LCA-Vision, Focus Communications, and Atticus Consulting on a freelance basis. Also volunteered my marketing and editorial services in support of local nonprofits, including the Montgomery Farmers Market and GLAD House.

Responsible for overall marketing, advertising, and public relations efforts for a network that includes 26 outpatient MRI/CT imaging centers; one of the nation's largest independent teleradiology service providers; a clinical trial imaging subsidiary: and a nonprofit group providing mammography services through two local women's healthcare centers in Cincinnati. Also oversee the director of continuing medical education services and products, including two fellowship programs, self-produced DVDs and interactive teaching files, and reference books for radiologists.

Subtitled "The Journal of Private-Sector Economics," this publication was aimed at financial, banking, and capital market executives around the world. Contributors included leading financial reporters and columnists from Hong Kong to Brussels to London. I was responsible for writing feature articles and letters from the editor, as well as assigning and editing all copy.

This small publishing company in Manhattan specialized in launching new business, human resources, and labor relations journals and magazines and newsletters. My job was to hire editors and writers, edit copy, and recruit editorial boards of review.

I moved from assistant editor to managing editor to editor during my time at the American Management Association. This is the flagship membership magazine for all AMA members. My other duties included writing cover stories for the magazine, on topics ranging from Outward Bound executive leadership training to corporate espionage, from the roots of terrorism to the litigation explosion.

Wrote, edited, and proofread financial publications for this Big Six accounting and consulting firm. Also wrote articles for the Arthur Young Quarterly and traveled to AY offices to assist in writing proposals for new business.
