I am an executive consultant, officer and founder of WCSG, Inc., a privately held professional consulting services company where I have primarily provided support to ILEC, CLEC telecommunications over the last decade. I have twenty-five years experience as an Executive Consultant/Business Analyst and Application and Data Architect, developing and designing effective Enterprise Information Systems Prior to the establishment of WCSG, my experiences included serving as executive officer for an oil and gas partnership investment company and serving as officer and licensed financial principal to two broker dealer firms. In 1994 I began development of the C-Cams (Customer Care Account Management System) for convergent customer care, service order management and billing of telecom services. As the designer and data architect, I directed the development of the “C-CAMS”, ERP, CRM, BPM Enterprise application and all version releases from 1995 through the present. Developed as a client/server application in 1995 and and subsequently released through C-Cams, Inc. as a fully browser based, thin-client, multi-tiered application. As Designer, I established the Uniform Service Management Standard (USMS) and founded the Uniform Service Management Technology (USMT) which was used in the C-Cams Application. Over the last 15 years, I directed developers and project leaders in multi-million dollar OSS and BOSS system integrations. The USMT based integrations eventually covered over 36 different service modules including landline, cellular (GSM, TDMA, CDMA), internet, data, satellite, circuits and wireless broadband services as well as numerous financial service modules. The C-CAMS Enterprise application included modules for CRM, provisioning, workflow, trouble ticket, service order, BPM, POS, accounting and billing.Since 2012 I established C-Cams Data Management Corp where I served as a contracting Senior Data Architect for various Fortune 500 companies designing and developing enterprise Data Warehouses such as Coty Cosmetics and/or as an advising cloud data strategist to such companies as Capitol One.
