- Developing the participant in thinking critically and strategically- Introducing the concept of strategic management in case of "Student Organization" to the Participant- Playing a role as a mentor to help the participant solve their organization's problem- Building a family atmosphere among each participant- Discussing the learning framework and learning materials that used in each Training

My role as leadership and management training is to educate the student in the Institute of Technology to develop their personality and their skill in managing either their self, Event, or Organization. as Speaker, I'm in charge of developing periodically training that held 3 times a year. As a speaker in managing Organization and Event, I educate the student on how to analyze their organization position, find the value, and make improvement

As Social Entrepreneurship project assistant I'm in charge to assist the foreign student that take the summer program in ITS focusing on Social entrepreneurship course. Besides that, I'm in charge to become their guide and their best friend as long as the duration of the course. I'm assisting their project to make the business Idea of Social Entrepreneurship based on the existing problem in Surabaya and trending problem. I'm assisting to make the prediction about the capital budgeting and feasibility study of the business idea too.
