My journey has begun when I was looking for a job in 2009 and founded Drushim Avodot which eventually became the largest job-seeking Facebook group in Israel comprising more than 300,000 members. All the job-seeking websites at this time seemed so outdated and unfriendly and my idea was to create a small and boutique Facebook group in which all my friends can post about job openings at their workplaces. Well, that escalated quickly, and the group filled with employers, HR companies, and job seekers and nowadays functions as a meeting point for both job seekers and recruiters.I decided to take it to the next level and leverage the group, and the community and founded projecteam - IT Staffing and Outsourcing agency.On 2018 I launched my new company – Workonit people which specializes in outsourcing, payroll, and recruitment services and experts for temporary projects. On 2020 COVID forced me to think outside the box and launch workonit.app - a B2B SaaS platform that allows recruiting managers to distribute their job offers and jobs description across multiple communities in a fully automated manner.I'm a big enthusiast of Technology and innovation. I also love cooking and am addicted to Tiktok's food videos 😊
