Developed following experience working in elite performance settings, I want the best for the athletes. This means putting them at the centre of everything. I have seen and experienced what works at the elite level and deliver professional coaching in-person and online. Redefining the experience of a professional performance pathway, it is accessible to athletes across team and individual sports who otherwise may not be able to access Strength and Conditioning, Nutrition, Physiotherapy and Lifestyle Support from a multidisciplinary team of coaches who assist with delivery.FIT4FUNCTION was founded by Bradley Roehrig as a way of providing elite-level Strength and Conditioning. Since then becoming a Physiotherapy practitioner to support athletes and the general population.Hannah has since joined as an accredited nutritionist.
