I am in charge of deploying and maintaining end-to-end machine learning pipelines across multiple applications, ensuring seamless data flow and reliable performance.I leverage machine learning, LLMs, and causal inference to solve complex business problems, optimize user experiences, and drive better decision-making. I defined and developed the company’s A/B testing inference platform and statistical engine, streamlining the experimentation and analysis of product features. I implemented advanced techniques, including CUPED, assignment algorithms for balanced allocation, and bootstrapping. I also led the onboarding of data scientists and analysts across 8 different teams and locations (US, Europe, Asia, and Israel), collaborating with L&D to create an experimentation culture, guides, and video tutorials. Resulting in annual savings of over $75K and significantly improved decision-making processes.I built the company’s MLOps stack, integrating S3, Airflow, MLFlow, two ingestion databases (Cosmos DB, Dynamo DB), and multiple big data query engines (BigQuery, Snowflake, and Presto).I also built a model for optimizing the user acquisition budget, incorporating techniques such as regression, forecasting, and numerical optimization to ensure more efficient resource allocation.Additionally, I designed and implemented a variety of business tools and reports that are now broadcast on TV screens in the offices and used globally across multiple teams and domains. These include daily and hourly KPI forecasts (time series), customer support ticket summaries using LLMs, and a Slack data bot that provides business insights through text, tables, and visualizations, among other tools.

- Built the matchmaking model for the company’s highest-grossing apps, successfully matching hundreds of thousands of users based on in-game engagement. The leaderboard feature, driven entirely by this matchmaking model, has generated millions of dollars in revenue.- Built and maintained the core user behavior models (regression and classification), providing personalized daily user estimates based on their behavior patterns.- Backend development of in-house BI solutions, collaborating closely with product, UI/UX, and frontend developers.
