Facilitate and guide the education of future responsible adults

Co-teach in a special day class for an entire academic year. Duties include collaborating with the master teacher on lesson plans, assessments of students, observations of students, IEP observations/assessments and implementation of progress monitoring action plans. Most importantly this experience helped me connect with students and with the actual execution of special at many different levels.

Manage a nine million dollar inventory with a staff of up to twenty five associates. I recruited, trained, scheduled and coached the associates. I interacted with customers frequently but specialized in logistics and operations management.
