Functieomschrijving:Biedt de dagelijkse logistieke ondersteuning en expertise bij het regelen van transport, het beheren van logistieke problemen en het oplossen van uitzonderingen die plaatsvinden in de transactie en de uitvoering van verzendorders binnen het materiaalstroomwerkproces.Verantwoordelijkheden/Taken:- Voldoet aan de vereisten van de klant om ervoor te zorgen dat het product op tijd wordt afgeleverd en het laagste kosten-naar-service-product naar de uiteindelijke bestemming wordt vervoerd.- Bewaakt tijdige zendingen van Logistics Service Providers van oorsprong. - Bewaakt systeemtransactionele activiteiten en lost transactiestoringen op.- Identificeert de niet-naleving van Logistieke Serviceverleners en neemt passende maatregelen en ondersteunt logistieke kwaliteitsmeting.- Omvat logistieke problemen in het materiaalstroomwerkproces om ervoor te zorgen dat aan de vereisten van de klant wordt voldaan. - Controleert of logistieke capaciteit versus speciale vereisten aan elkaar kunnen worden gekoppeld.- Verantwoordelijk voor de nauwkeurigheid van logistieke gegevens en nauwkeurige logistieke kosten. - Beheert niet-standaard bestellingen, wijzigingen en uitzonderingen die verschillende transportregelingen vereisen.- Bewaakt en controleert het proces van het proces, regelt het vervoer, controleert de naleving van de belastingdata en/of -tijden.- Controleert, goedkeurt en boeken (extra) logistieke kosten in SAP tijdig.- Handelt procedure voor geringe vorderingen.- Communiceert speciale leveringseisen aan de luchtvaartmaatschappij en vindt alternatieve vervoerders om specifieke zendingen te leveren.- Registreert niet-nalevingen en bijbehorende corrigerende maatregelen in de kwaliteitsmaatregel. - Escaleert herhaalde niet-nalevingen voor het verzamelpunt. - Verwerkt hoge of juridisch complexe claims en bepaalt de juiste handelwijze.- Werkt in projectgroepen om improvements door te voeren op het gebied van laadefficientie
