Senior Quality Assurance Auditor
CurrentA. Conducts quality audits on PAL operational disciplines - Organization & Management (Safety Management System and Emergency Response Planning), Flight Operations, Flight Dispatch, Cabin Services, Ground Handling, Cargo Services, Security Operations and In-Flight Catering Operations to ensure adherence to company standards, applicable Aviation Authorities' regulations (e.g. CAAs/ICAO) and industry requirements (e.g. IOSA, ISAGO & World Food Safety).B. Assesses, through quality audits and surveillance activities, all PAL domestic & international stations and external service providers to ensure high level of service quality; and, continually monitor them to ensure performance progress and consistency.C. Analyses the adequacy of auditees' corrective/preventive actions, assesses risk and performs root cause analysis to successfully eliminate (or at least lessen) non-conformity and non-compliance. D. Conducts PAL Quality Management System (QMS) Training; and, assists Commercial Training department in the conduct of Root Cause Analysis (Problem Solving) Training.E. Takes active participation in the continual enhancement of PAL's quality program (e.g. updating of manuals and procedures), in Quality Management Reviews and actively involved in special projects.
