I watch conscientiously over the activities by ensuring proper short term planning and close follow-up of the daily operational tasks with a strong orientation on customer service/ satisfaction. I provide on a regular basis KPI quality reports, on progress and performance and use these for process analysis and to launch process improvement initiatives.
