I am responsible for providing all analysis of all of Pabo / Beate Uhse AG's online activities. This includes providing advice and finding new opportunities.- This includes website performance, where do our visitors go, where do they click and where/why do they drop off using tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar.- Online product performance, which products are viewed, which products are bought and which products are best for the bottom line.- Who are our customers as viewed by connecting both our backend via statistical tools such as SPSS and Modeler with our frontend using Google Analytics.- Maintaining and expanding our Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager implementation- A/B testing using Optimizely.- Providing forecasting of results of online promotions and sales as well as providing the forecasting for the logistics department- The creation and maintaining of dashboards and reports for different departments and the management.

As the Database Marketing Analist I was responsible for providing:- Indepth customer behaviour analysis from the backend data, providing opportunities and advice on activities.- Assist in creating the scoring for customer selections.- I was partially responsible for implementing the new online analysis tool. - I was also responsible for the creation of dashboards and reports for the online department and management.
