Business Manager / DevelopmentFinance/Sales/Marketing/Spanish and Non Prime Business

Serves as primary support for assigned account sites in four state are MN, WIS, SD, and ND and assist the Managing Director and applicable Facility Managers with selecting, supervising, managing and mentoring property-level Facilities Management staff, or equivalent positions, and in the selection and development of their Facilities staff.Supervises corrective and preventive maintenance activities, and other utilities required for operations.Manages all facility related resources and activities to ensure prompt issue resolution, work order completion, client satisfaction and compliance with processes and financial controls.Oversees job requests and work orders to determine and assign work load priorities.Performs and documents regular property inspections and coordinates associated maintenance and repairs while supporting capital plan development.Implements, monitors, and follows policies and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs, and provide efficient use of labor and materials.Requisitions tools, equipment, and supplies required for operations.Follows strict tool and other policies established by assigned correctional facilities.Provides training, safety and orientation of workers to improve work performance, provide safety, and acquaint workers with company and client policies and procedures. Ensures compliance with OSHA and work place safety regulations and standards.Interacts professionally with the public, vendors and staff; maintains effective working relationships and works in cooperation with the site management team to effectively meet agency and company objectives.Prepares records, reports, site audits and other documentation related to work performed as requested. Provides support for all business development needs for assigned region. Assists in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, management plans, monthly performance and variance reports.
