Roelien is an experienced tech lawyer and focuses on commercial matters in the IT and other technology-based industries. Roelien is Chair at Netherlands Association of Computer Lawyers (VIRA).She is a specialist in the drafting and negotiation of technology related contracts, software exploitation and e-business. Roelien has a specific expertise in the field of (online) business-to-consumer (B2C) matters and she advises clients on all aspects of (online) trading practices, marketing and advertising.
