I have been working as an actuary and consultant since 1994. After studying Econometrics in Rotterdam, I started at Heijnis & Koelman (now Aon) and quickly became a fully qualified actuary. In 1997, I moved to an actuarial consultancy firm, which I took over with a partner in 2001. My company merged with Montae in 2020, now known as Montae & Partners. Currently, I serve both existing and new clients at Montae & Partners and develop services for the Pension & Life business at Söderberg & Partners.I play a vital role in various consultancy and actuarial assignments. I am a consultant for employers, pension funds and staff councils and carry out assignments for pension providers, lawyers, accountants and fellow consultants.I have a keen interest in business development, innovation and conceptual solutions. As a software engineer, I am capable of translating concepts into functional applications.Additionally, I am active within GLOBACS, a global network of leading actuarial and consultancy firms. Through frequent knowledge exchange and personal contacts, I have access to expertise and colleagues worldwide to solve international issues.
