My main activities in this FEED project were the development of Hysys simulations and process calculations to asses’ concepts. This was followed by the development of PFD’s, PCD’s and the equipment list. Besides that I became the focal point of the process department for the Dehydration Unit and organized vendor meetings.

Involved in the Nuon extension project Epe II. In this project the storage capacity of natural gas in salt caverns is increased as well as the injection and withdrawal capacities. My main activity was the development of a Hysys simulation of the dehydration section of this plant.

Involved in the China Blue Chemical Ltd 3400 MTPD Methanol project. My main activities were the development of Provision simulation of the three column distillation section of this plant, preparing over a third of all the Process Data Sheets of the major equipment of this plant and performing start-up calculations.

Zoetermeer, The Netherlands

Involved in two conceptual design studies in the Bio-Ethanol field. In these projects Aker Kvaerner acted as a plant integrator, finding vendors who can provide complete package units for the Bio-Ethanol facility. My duties consisted of preparing mass balances, utility consumption lists, equipment lists and PFD’s. Prepared vendor meetings, wrote duty specifications for units and contacted and criticized vendors.
