- As Head of the Supply Chain Demand and Supply Team, leading the European Planning & Inventory Management organization in executing the operational policies and projects to enable successful delivery of the strategy, through the implementation and execution of S&OP processes - Responsible for the end-to-end Demand and Supply Planning, Inventory Management and Supply Operations activities of commercial products. - Leading the Supply Chain team to ensure Stable Supply of medicine to our patients through successful planning, issue resolutions and the design and implementation of new processes. This included the streamlining of the Mid-term Planning process.

Global Supply Chain lead for two products, for which I am single point of accountability and leadership for supply chain planning aspects. Supply Chain of the two products includes global demand, four Astellas production sites and 11 Contract Manufacturers.Run S&OP process and align global stakeholders to the plan.Determine and implement appropriate allocation of volume to manufacturing in the supply chain with multiple sourcing.Work with stakeholders to correctly include product lifecycle events into SC planning processes.

Survey, manage, optimize and continuously improve the supply chain processes across all supply chain channels so that stock is available, distribution is secured and cost targets achieved.

Manage assigned portfolio of contracted manufacturers, design and execute final planning, manage supplies, coordinate delivery of products and optimize processes for the product portfolio, according to the contract terms (negotiate within these terms), budgets, standards, and procedures, in order to deliver the products to EU and international affiliates fulfilling the requirements of timing, quality and against minimal costs.

Establish and maintain reliable, efficient and compliant logistics processes and ensure therequested logistics performance according to the agreed terms, budgets, standards andprocedures while driving continuous improvements activities for the supply of products fromContract Manufacturing Organisations.

Handle the production planning process and ensure that its related targets, guidelines, policies and timings are adhered to by both MME and it’s factories. Identify capacity constraints together with the factories and propose solutions. Assist the production plan negotiations with the factories based on the forecasted requirements in order to optimize stock levels and sales volumes. Single point of contact for all production planning issues between MME and it’s factories. Identify capacity constraints, try to resolve them on an ongoing basis with the factories and manage them in the ABP system.
