    De GGD heeft vanaf de zomer 2020 het testen op Corona en het bron- en contactonderzoek (BCO) flink moeten opschalen. Door nieuwe inzichten en intensivering van de epidemie wijzigt het beleid regelmatig en zijn de werkprocessen continu in verandering.Samen met collega coördinatoren leid ik deze veranderingen in goede banen en focus ik me op het professionaliseren van het BCO team (700+ FTE). Ik houd me bezig met de optimalisatie van werkprocessen en zorg dat er zo accuraat mogelijk geanticipeerd wordt op alle veranderingen.Daarnaast ben ik verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen en de coaching van BCO medewerkers in hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden. De veelal nieuwe collega’s van zeer diverse achtergrond moeten snel inzetbaar zijn, zich op hun gemak voelen en op efficiënte wijze goed werk leveren.
