I am captivated by anything in the world of art, culture and media. The things I do best, and enjoy doing, are:• Strategic/analytical thinking and problem-solving: the 'constant' in my work is analysing, structuring and translating information. I apply my expertise as a music/culture expert in order to provide advice to others.• Communicating: I love to write and combine editorial work with writing for press journals etc. Providing information and translating information for a broader audience is definitely my cup of tea.• Organising, coordinating, planning. Multi-tasking and harmonising various cells with one another, including sponsors, programming, production,... it all comes naturally to me.• Building and maintaining contacts: social skills and networking are central to my work.• I am driven by enthusing and guiding others. I was the driving force behind I Love Techno, a festival for 35,000 people, for over 10 years.

Executive Board MemberLive2020 Apr 2020 - PresentOn a voluntary basis, I am one of the initiators and driving forces behind the Live2020 solidarity fund for the live music sector. As a founding member of the non-profit association, I participate in the general assembly and the executive board. I helped develop the modalities for the distribution of the funds and was also project manager for BidForLive2020. This benefit auction yielded 130,000 euros and was covered by the national press. Together with Sociaal Fonds Podiumkunsten, I also developed a program on mental health in the music industry.
