Create budgets and budgetary projections to show the potential growth to the client. Understand the client’s goals or wants for their employment future in order to review the labor market information, educational costs and the confines of program’s allowance within federal laws and regulation in order to help the client reach that goal.Skills needed or acquired for this position: Proficient typing and transcription, customer service skills, problem solving skills, organizational and time management skills, computer and technical skills which did include software skills, accuracy and attention to details, the ability to multitask and the ability to adapt. More fine-tuned skills acquired would be the ability to create budgets and reports, MS Office skills, leading and supervising being able to work as a team member to better the program or project on hand and the skill of always being in the state of learning.

After being and ADC worker I went back to being an Economic Assistance worker where I continued my constant commitment to excellence by assisting family to receive the Economic Assistance Programs they qualified for both in a timely manner and correctly following Federal Rules and Regulations. To be able to improve yourself you have to be open to learning new skills and policies, as well as have a responsibility and accountability for yourself.
