Current• Established and led the PMO for a successful multi-year, 400+ person international SAP implementation with a $100M+ annual revenue stream.• Managed the financials for all projects at Disney ensuring target margins of less than 10% were met.• Implemented cost containment measures for the 400+ person team working domestically and internationally on over 50 projects resulting in over $2M annual savings.• Instrumental in modifying project structure to minimize tax burdens saving in excess of $35M. • Performed earned value analysis to assess project and portfolio progress, accurately forecasted revenue and cost each month and beat all margin targets for the $100M revenue stream.• Initiated and led the effort for Walt Disney and IBM to standardize on using the third party vendor, Ariba, for all invoicing and payment. Trained the A/R and A/P personnel in using Ariba.• Managed the A/R and A/P processes where all vendors were satisfied and maintained a days-sales-outstanding (DSO) that beat all contract payment terms (e.g. 30 days for net 60 terms).• Trained and directed a team of 4 accountants and over a dozen project managers in managing project financials. • Managed and performed the audit of the SAP agreed-upon procedures including Sarbanes–Oxley requirements.• Developed and presented audit response for projects always achieving favorable audit reports.• Established the contract submission process with appropriate metrics and controls to ensure high quality contracts were submitted and executed within agreed parameters.• Managed the portfolio of 1,000+ contracts valued at over $200M and improved the time of submission to final execution by over 35% (8 days).• Managed the sales funnel producing reports used by IBM to forecast sales volume and revenue streams. • Developed price cases for proposals.• Developed hourly rate cards used by IBM for all Disney not-to-exceed time-and-materials projects.
