Responsible for contract manufacturing and contract packaging supply of the Laundry and Homecare business in Western Europe. In charge of standardization, consolidation and optimizaton of the sourcing processes.

Team leader responsible for operational excellence in purchasing of raw materials, packaging and sub-contracting in France and Benelux at 5 plants and 3 business units (beauty care, adhesives, laundry & home care), ca. 280 Mio € spend and 7 direct reports.Tasks cover: - negotiation with local suppliers- assure supply at production- supplier consolidation through implementation of distributor concept- implementation of consignment stock, improvement of net working capital through SMI/consignment stock and optimisation of payment terms- automatisation of purchase to pay process- strategic supplier evaluation.Member of the Sustainable Development Committee of Henkel France Teaching Negotiation Skills at HEC Paris, Bocconi Milan, Universität zu Köln and Corvinus Budapest

Responsible for the purchasing of contract logistics (warehousing and domestic distribution) for the laundry and homecare, cosmetics and personal care, consumer and industrial adhesives business for Italy, Greece, Spain and Portugal. Changed logistics infrastructure, RFQs lead to 4 warehouse transfers in Italy and Spain and > 5 Mio Euro savings.
