Strategic Management - As part of the leadership team develop the strategic business plans in conjunction with the Directors, lead and oversee the implementation and rollout of the annual plan ensuring business objectives are achieved within agreed timeframes and budgets; protect the business from any unnecessary riskLeadership and Human Resources – Lead, manage and guide all direct reports to enable them to achieve business goals and personal growth goals within Monteck Carter; monitor performance of direct reports and the wider team in relation to the achievement of strategic business goalsFinancial Management – Ensure that agreed financial targets are achieved year on year and actively seek new opportunities for business growth and advancementSales and Marketing– Prepare, manage and implement the annual marketing strategy ensuring that all campaigns demonstrate a significant return on investment; actively business develop the Brand and along with the Directors act as the face of the company to potential partners, alliances, clients and suppliersOperations – Manage the compliance of all operational processes/systems and updates to provide professional, effective, accurate and timely accounting services to all designated clients
