Instead of visiting the customer's home to inspect the inventory, I took all of their details & special requests over the phone/email and calculated the price of the move based on cubic feet required for inventory & mileage of the removal.I would then sell our quote & services to the customer, book the removal with Movinga and manage the customer's account until the day of the move.
