My name is Rogan, I am a 24-year-old recent graduate of WSU from the Carson College of Business in business management. I intend to start a long-term career as a pilot in the Marine Corps. My past experiences include 12 years of Scouting, earning Eagle Scout at the age of 15, and a 10-month term of service with AmeriCorps NCCC. Currently, I am a reservist within the United States Marine Corps and plan to commission in the future as an officer. My overall life mission is to understand how this world works and to spread knowledge and well-being to those I encounter.

I worked 8-hour night shifts to ensure that all newly shipped merchandise is off the sales floor by the time the store opens in the morning. Additionally, I ensure all shelves are fully stocked in my section of the store. To accomplish these tasks, I operate an array of "lift equipment" to move boxes weighing up to 320 pounds up into the appropriate shelving units. The last year I was operating forklifts and had access to the exterior bay door for the purpose of bringing in and restocking lumber, I honed my equipment skills with bunks of wood up to 16 feet long and 4,000 lbs.

I spent one season as assistant coach at IMS ensuring accountability and safety for up to 35 middle schoolers who were willing to try their hand at the hardest and oldest sport in the world.
