Developed all policies and guidelines for internal use and for clients. ¨ Developed a secure credit card processing for telephone and web order; implemented system for live chat support. ¨ Utilized group policy to lock systems down for call agents based on projects assigned.

Led the design of a UDOT’s TOC network and Windows/NetWare environment driving the transition from NetWare to Windows. Designed and implemented the infrastructure from the ground up while the building was still under construction. ¨ Initially hired to support early implementation of UDOT’s electronic traffic and warning signs. Promoted from basic support role to system design and implementation; assumed full responsibility to implement the network and server /workstation environment for the TOC. ¨ Implemented Utah Highway Patrol’s incident tracking system with zero downtime. ¨ Developed and executed Y2K certification plan for all systems in use including migrating services to new software.
