• Microfinance, Mexico City Designed and implemented a methodology based on technology and change management, allowing to diagnose 400 branches and align their operation to the strategy. The methodology was followed by 9 thousand people and was implemented successfully nationwide.

• Prospected, developed and delivered tailor-made technical proposals in order to optimize solutions in all three levels: strategic, tactical and operational, for companies in automotive, pharmaceutical and retail industries, for clients such as Mabe, SCA, Jatco, Henkel, Colgate, Goodyear, Impulso, Hamburg Sud, Pemex, Honda and Elektra, among others. All this proposals represented a USD 60 Million annual income for the company, considering that most of the proposed solutions were implemented.• Led different teams as a Project Manager, sometimes with more than 50 people involved, for the implementation of logistics specialized software in different cities in Mexico, for our own operations and for clients such as Nestlé, Jumex, VW, Ford and Nissan, among others. We followed Sarbanes-Oxley guidelines and procedures during this implementations.• Developed a model that by contemplating many variables, allowed us to dynamically create diverse business scenarios for cost, pricing and profit calculation on investment projects. With this automatization the precision in the proposals (RFQ, RFI and RFP) was improved and the conception time was decreased.

• Angelitos de Cristal (Angels made of Glass): Created the first web page for this non-profit organization focused on aiding kids with fragile bones.• Clínica Mexicana de Autismo y Alteraciones del Desarrollo (CLIMA), A.C.: Developed a multimedia game for kids diagnosed with autism that would help them understand the natural reaction to different kind of feelings and emotions.
