IT Architect for a "Conversion and Data Migration" Team. Assigned to a problem customer account to analyze process issues and system requirements for the movement of applications across 1600 servers to a new delivery center and to get the account back on schedule. The "Conversion and Data Migration" team consisted of twenty five members with wintel system administration, unix system administration, SQL DBA, Oracle DBA, Migration Factory, storage management and project management experience. Provided migration requirements information across platforms & applications to ten customer support organization project managers and their customer application owners. Addressed, tracked and resolved data and hardware issues. Reviewed and tracked our internal migration pre-requisites for each migration. Provided migration tasks and reviewed detailed migration implementation plans with the support organization project manager and the application owner.

IT Architect for three major PartnerWorld Profiling System (PPS) releases. Led the work of eight java developers. The PartnerWorld Profiling System is a Web client / server application running on WebSphere application servers and connected to a DB2 database. Collaborated with Partner World business analyst, architects and team leads across other integrated IBM application systems, the System Engineering and Analysis Team, SAP integration teams and Service Delivery Center architects on integration solution designs, architecture decisions and architecture documentation.Implemented six new interfaces for PPS and he designed seven SAP contract interfaces. The PPS releases included changes to the graphical user interface, database model, data migrations, process work flow, and configuration management. New data elements were disclosed to the downstream business partner applications via new Web services, data warehouse topic messages or Business Partner Information Warehouse changes.

IT Architect for the Common Commerce Engine (CCE) for six major CCE releases. Led and supervised the work of twenty two Java developers working on the WebSphere Commerce Edition for the IBM Global Account. Collaborated with the Client Process Transformation business analysts, the System Engineering and Analysis team, multiple IBM application leads and the Service Delivery Center architects on integration solution designs, architecture decisions and architecture documentation. Implemented seventeen new interfaces to the CCE database, which was implemented across three geographies. These solutions include interfaces with message queues, flat files and web service solutions. Because of excessively large and numerous product-country files, prototyped a new efficient and scalable OIM product category load process using the WebSphere Transformation Extender.

Technical lead for eighteen IBM Global Service employees and contractors, four database administrators and three EDI analyst to support our Solectron customer in electronic card manufacturing in application development, maintenance and business process analyst. Supported Solectron on NT and UNIX platforms using Microsoft Visual Basic, Pro 'C', Perl and Korn shell programs. Analyzed, developed and maintained applications that interfaced with or enhanced electronic data interchange (EDI), customer order entry, demandforecasting, warehouse, shipping and finance applications with the Fourth Shift ERP logistic system and Shop Floor Data Management (SFDM) system.

Managed twenty-two Solectron programmers and contractors to support an electronic card manufacturing logistic environment. Programming support was provided on NT and UNIX platforms using Microsoft Visual Basic, Pro 'C' and Korn shell programs. Led the development and maintenance of applications for EDI, customer order entry, demand forecasting, warehouse, shipping and finance applications that interface with the Fourth Shift ERP logistic system and Shop Floor Data Management system.Instrumental with the system analyst due diligence and selling of the IBM Electronic Card, Assembly and Test facility. Created and architected the cutover plan to migrate the IBM SAP/COPICS logistics system to the Solectron Fourth Shift logistics system. Devised the overall data segmentation and sequence to pulled data from COPICS MVS 390 environment and moved to NT platform.
