Organizational psychologist and globally recognized thought leader on leadership has had multiple founder and executive roles including CEO, Board Member, Editor, Chief Talent Officer, Director, plus a distinguished professorship at UNC Charlotte. Served as President of the largest association of Organizational Psychologists in the world, SIOP. In addition to managing a large staff and complex budgets across roles, having spent nearly 30 years in non-profit organizations, has led extensive fundraising and grant efforts resulting in millions of dollars raised. Steven keynotes span the globe (from Amazon to the UN) ocusing on the science of meetings, and meetings’ strategic linkage to inclusion & diversity, engagement, leadership, innovation, and organizational success. Rogelberg was invited and testified to the US Congress (2022) on the topic of being successful and engaging others in very difficult working environments – using organizational psychology to elevate members of congress, their staffs, and the institution.
