Life is a journey that allows us to take on new challenges to overcome any obstacle in our way. As a construction worker of nearly ten years, I know from experience what the definition of hard work is. I have now ventured on another journey in the world of accounting. While studying at the University of Houston Downtown, my passion for math and reading has helped me attain high grades for my first bachelor's degree. It is my dream to one day work for a major corporation known globally, but I know after a few years of building my resume and experience that I can achieve anything I have planned. I know everything takes time, but I am a patient person. With hard work, determination, and the proper mindset, I can accomplish my goals just as I have previously done before.
