-Window for communication between the customer and factory.-Responsible for managing the development,based on the design from the prototype to mass production -Study the tech package and review with the factories and transmitting clear information to minimized development cost -Research the materials information through proper sourcing , handling and developing materials based on the customers standard-Interact with the laboratories and following up lab-test result with the laboratory team -Tracking sample status and quality in day to day basis -Interact with the factories to provide effective transition footwear design from prototype to mass production -Manage the timeline of each stages of development for each and every articles and deal with any issue affecting the deadline-Check all materials information use for every article related to costing -Following up feedback from the customers after shipping the samples-Create and Confirm Size specification for mass production -Interact with the production and figure out issue of development stage in the factory.
