Special Contributors Program Specialist
Current• Responsible for overseeing and streamlining multi-channel communication efforts (i.e. mail, email, online and website) across the Annual Giving, Major Gifts and Foundations, and Planned Giving programs.• Establishes contracts and manages relationships with outside vendors, coordinating key internal staff in creative, production and execution processes, as well as ensuring deadlines are met.• Supports, with the respective officers, the identification, cultivation and solicitation of Annual Giving donors (Partners in Action - PiA) through stewardship, solicitation and telemarketing strategies.• Works with internal and online teams, and external web vendor, to maintain and update the Greenpeace Fund website.• Coordinates the production of the Annual Report, the Greenpeace wall calendar, the Annual Giving acknowledgement letters, and the electronic versions of the Annual Report, and of the Compass, Greenpeace’s quarterly member's magazine.• Coordinates with consultants for the execution of integrated direct marketing campaigns (mail and digital). Works with the Online Team to create and share assets for social media, and create email communications for the Special Contributors team.• Manages and processes special requests, and gifts from donors (i.e. stock gifts, and IRA gifts).• Manages logistics for monthly webinars for the Special Contributors file.• Work closely with the Monthly Giving team to strategically cultivate and upgrade current sustaining donors into the Partners in Action program.• Works closely with the Direct Marketing manager to ensure donor communications are clear and consistent, while providing opportunities for movement between programs.• Collaborates also with the Major Gifts and Planned Giving teams to coordinate opportunities for sending tailored versions of mailings to major donors and planned giving donors when appropriate.
