PROJECT: FREEPORT LNG UNIT 17 & 60 USA* Piping layout with support location for stress calculation.* Instruct the PDS operator for piping layout and equipment update and revision using PDS.* Check and review piping model, clash check on 3D design using Navisworks.* Performs PDS piping revision as per revised P&ID and clients comments.* Piping routing of all unmodeled lines of Unit 60.* Equipment modeling, update and revision of all areas of Unit 60.

PROJECT UNDERTAKEN:SBR PROJECT * Develop 3D piping models using SP3D.* Review piping model, clash check on 3D design by using SPR (Smart Plant Review).* Responsible for Isometric Extraction from SP3D model * Performs SP3D piping revision as per revised P&ID and clients comments.* 2D and 3D Special support checking and revision of all areas in SBR project.

•Preparation of engineering drawing and documents based on client standards and project specifications.•Generate piping isometric drawings for material take off and bill of quantities using Microstation software.•Generates piping isometric drawings based on PDS piping input.•Generates 3D model of LNG plants using Plant Design System (PDS) software, Equipment Modeling, Piping Designer, Pipe Support and Frameworks Environment based on GAD (General Arrangement Drawings), P&ID given and issued by Japan side. •Extracts piping isometric drawings using PDS Isometric Drawing Manager in order to check all necessary piping components are properly modeled and are based on latest piping information.• Performs PDS piping revision as per revised P&ID and clients comments• PDS 3D Modeling of Piping & Support, Equipment and Structure.• Performs Navisworks checking for PDS design review and also to evaluate the progress of the entire PDS modeling job. • Generates piping isometric drawings for material take-off (MTO) and bill of quantities using Microstation software.• 2D Support Revision using Microstation V8i to be Issued For Construction (IFC).
