    In this tenure, I had the responsibility to oversee all legal and corporate affairs for the company and its subsidiaries in Mexico, managing coordination with external counsel as needed based on internal legal team resources. Additionally, I coordinated external counsel for major litigation, including amparo proceedings, and ICC Arbitration with local and foreign entities.Below are my key accomplishments that I attained:• Provided direct support in preparing and submitting sale offers for the first three long-term energy auctions by Centro Nacional de Control de la Energía (CENACE), resulting in power purchase agreements (PPAs) for 2.0 GW and an investment of nearly $2.1B in wind and solar projects, including the largest solar renewable facility in the Americas at that time.• Finalized principal agreements for EGP projects in Mexico since 2012, resulting in 1,825 MW of wind and solar power; managed $900M in equipment supply agreements, EPC and BOP contracts, and secured land rights with private and community landowners.• Managed and directed financial operations for five renewable energy projects, securing an aggregate of $600M in project finance funding from commercial and development banks in coordination with external counsel.• Direct participation and implementation of Enel’s BSO model whereby EGP sold its majority stake to Canadian and Mexican investors in a portfolio of 8 renewable (solar/wind) projects with a total capacity of 1.8 GW and an EV of 2.6 billion USD, while remaining as sole operator and the portfolio’s asset manager. The transaction included the closing of project finance for c. US$800m with commercial and development banks.
