This includes creating accurate employee records, generating new hire paperwork, and obtaining and uploading eligibility documents, so that new hires are ready to work on Day 1.Some responsibilities:- Lead a team working on and supporting HR administration processes.- Manage individual and team performance and development.- Serve as a first Point of Contact for escalations from stakeholders and/or other teams to ensure that issues are addressed in a timely manner.- Build effective relationships with regional and global stakeholders and/or 3rd party vendors.- Ensure appropriate coverage, scheduling monitoring and reporting upon key SLAs and KPIs.

Provide coaching, guidance and mentorship to drive achievement of individual and team performance goals. Some responsibilities:- Lead, develop and motivate a team of 20-25 associates through 1:1s; develop talent and manage team performance in order to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals.- Manage schedule, monitors adherence, time-off planning, and attendance in partnership with Workforce Management.- Identify and help implement process-related improvement using methodologies such as Kaizen, six sigma, or lean.- Liaise with Program Management and other global operations team leads to manage risks & propose mitigation strategies.- Review and analyze performance metrics to identify areas of opportunity that will drive performance improvement.

Serve as the first point of contact for Seller Support Associates. Assist associates in diagnosing technical, operational, system and process issues and propose solutions that will remove barriers to enable resolutions for Sellers. Some responsibilities:- Provide cross-skill/cross-site/cross-region support and escalated contacts from Selling Partners.- Provide real time coaching, mentoring and educate associates on process, tools and standards in real time.- Demonstrate excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently while using departmental resources, policies and procedures.- Have a deep knowledge in several platforms and specialties with the ability to share knowledge with others. - Identify Selling Partner and Associate success barriers, provides solutions, and drive change through business improvement initiatives.- Conduct deep dives (as required) to identify the root cause on audits/project or ACES related work and participate in site level initiatives.

- Execute the transaction quality measurement framework for Seller Partner Support associates - Audit in a professional, ethical, and objective manner of contacts to ensure adherence to quality audit standards.- Accurately execute auditing tasks in a timely manner to meet programmatic and operational needs.- Identify root cause of defects and process improvement opportunities to enhance process efficiency, quality and Seller experience.- Participate in calibrations and calibrate to quality outcomes.- Analyze and identify patterns in large data sets.- Live coaching associates on areas of opportunities from quality audits.
