During this period, successfully merged the businesses to operate under corporate policies and procedures, offer high quality services, generate value-added solutions and maximize commercial opportunities. Restructured and trained management teams, adapted compensation plans, established strategic alliances, negotiated with local and federal authorities, launched new products, and established commercial alliances to insure long term growth.Achievements:* Full P&L responsibility in an international matrix organization directing all areas of the business, including sales, marketing, finance, IT, human resources and operations.* Achieved OIBDA/Revenue +8% improvement in two years by maximizing synergies and streamlining expenses.* Managed sales force in a multisite environment operating from branch offices in major cities in Mexico.

After successfully managing the Mexican business to record growth, promoted to oversee Outfront Media’s business operations throughout Latin America, including the recently purchased assets in South America.
