In this role, I lead a team of 150 employees including entry-level personals and senior leaders as well as supervised workforce of in-house and contractor personnel. I also oversaw all operational activities of the largest MEPS in the United States. Furthermore, I ensured compliance with Department of Defense policies / regulations and guaranteed projections / forecasts are met by collaborating with forty-six service liaison officers (Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, National Guard, and Coast Guard).Some key achievements in this role include:- Enabled smooth adoption of new programs and maximized productivity by synchronizing training for all staff members.- Boosted efficiency by coordinating and developing mobilization initiatives and heading logistics mobilization planning.

Functioning as a Deployment Operations Officer, I provided logistical support for 12,000 U.S. Soldiers whilst serving as an operations manager. I also headed and advised 7 Senior Non-Commissioned Officer Leaders with-in the G-4 Mobility section. Moreover, I formulated and applied an effective safety action plan in order to safely redeploy rotating units back to the United States.Some key achievements in this role include:- Facilitated the annual evaluation of logistical processes at distribution center in Kuwait by developing the inspection checklist, logistical warehouse, organizational logistics policies, and supply distribution center.- Supported the Division's Command Supply Discipline Program by effectively managing $1M of property and equipment.
