- Identify and develop future business opportunities for PreZero Spain and Portugal from inception of projects to a ready to build status. - Lead, manage and execute the entire M&A process, including due diligence, financial planning, active participation in contract negotiations, closing and post merger integration.- Provide consultancy and structuring services as well as project development to all Strategic Projects, guiding the organization in the sales pipeline definition and the implementation of strategic decisions.

Prezero, the environmental division of the Schwarz Group, acquired Ferrovial Environmental Services in 12/2021.

- Develop financial planning for complex bids, with a particular focus on investment appraisal and modelling.- Lead the structuring and financing of complex projects, where equity investment and/or structured finance are key element of the project delivery.

- Provide consultancy and structuring services, contract negotiation and financing support to all PPP bids from Pre-Qualification Questionnaire to Financial close.- Develop and sustain effective relationships with the relevant banking and Management advisory market related to the UK PPP, project finance and structured finance sectors.- Participate in Business Development activities. Progressing innovation by identifying bolt-on M&A and strategic business opportunities for Amey Divisions.

- Build, manage and optimise financial models to maximise value to shareholders.- Participate in M&A processes from start to finish, including assessment of strategic deal rational, driving valuation modeling and leading due diligence teams with business representatives from a wide range of functional backgrounds (technical, legal, tax, HR, IT, etc.).

- Analyse the profitability and risks of bids and other specific investment opportunities. Manage the internal approvals: preparation of internal reports to be approved by the Board of Directors of Ferrovial Servicios.- Provide financial modelling capabilities, evaluating project profitability and contributing to optimise financial strategy- Conduct ongoing analysis of actual results and forecasts to compare with the initial plan, identifying profitability deviations in order to detect improvement areas. Updating and stress testing financial plans, and ensuring cash flows are reflected accurately.- Carry out of the annual impairment test determining the relevant valuation parameters.

- Plan and conduct professional management system audits in TICEMS (Technology, Information, Communications, Entertainment and Services). - Identify areas of potential efficiency improvements, as well as any gaps in controls and make practical recommendations.
