In this role, I have planned and delivered generic software release plans for customer projects. I have also developed customer ROI templates and project methodologies in order to increase the sales and to archive successful projects. As a Product Manager, I was also chairman of a product committee, where the future development of the retail products and new functionalities are being evaluated and decided together with the directors of the SCAN COIN subsidiaries. As the chairman of the product committee I was responsible for budget- and marketing planning as well as follow up and planning sales activities on a European level. In parallel to my role as a Product Manager, I have also had project management role for developing customer specific requirements where I create Market Requirement Specifications for the R&D department.
