Fondateur de l'FTS en 1981, un institut spécialisé dans la filtration et les techniques séparatives, j'y assure depuis 2008 la mission de conseiller scientifique . Je suis également Distinguished Fellow de l'International Water Association (IWA), une organisation mondiale qui regroupe les professionnels et les chercheurs du secteur de l'eau. J'ai obtenu mon PhD en génie chimique et environnemental à l'ENSIC School of Chemical Engineering de l'Université de Nancy, France.Fort de plus de 40 ans d'expérience dans l'enseignement et la recherche, je suis reconnu comme un expert en procédés membranaires appliqués au traitement et à l'épuration des eaux. J'ai participé à de nombreux projets de recherche européens et internationaux, ainsi qu'à la formation de plusieurs générations d'ingénieurs et de chercheurs dans ce domaine. Je suis également auteur ou co-auteur de multiples publications, brevets, et ouvrages scientifiques. Mon objectif est de contribuer au développement et à la diffusion des connaissances et des innovations dans le domaine de l'eau, en partenariat avec des universités et des industriels du monde entier.
