My position is to work with other large and small commercial and residential Senior facilities for the exchange of resources and needs. Additionally, maintaining and balancing the business challenges in California is especially difficult with payroll, workers comp, labor boards, liability, banking, cost of living, and severely limited business resources, and working with the Dept. of Social Services and Dept. of Public Health. Having lost both parents in 2017 and gone through the search for and get into quality senior assisted living was a huge challenge: we did this for them! We wanted to make our residential assisted living (RAL) something that an elder resident will enjoy and feel contented in their golden years. We have created a comfortable and relaxing operational environment for our residences and their visiting families by working on improving and maintaining the security, IT, and Smart Home infrastructure residence.Completed: As the COO, my responsibility was to ensure all preparations, designs, and construction required to make our RCFE facilities fully operational and to meet Federal, State, Local laws, codes and licensing.
