I have been working at Medecho Ltd since March 2023, where I hold two roles: Associate Health Recruiter and Professional Recruiter.As an Associate Health Recruiter, I specialize in finding and placing qualified health professionals in various positions across the UK. I handle a large and diverse database of candidates and clients, and ensure that I match them with the right opportunities and contracts. As a Professional Recruiter, I leverage my leadership and staffing skills to manage a team of recruiters and oversee the recruitment process from start to finish. I communicate effectively and persuasively with diverse audiences, and I am passionate about helping people achieve their career goals.Before joining Medecho Ltd, I gained valuable experience as a Recruitment Consultant at VBeyond Corporation, where I handled the IT sector. I learned new skills and technologies, and expanded my network and knowledge in the IT field.
