Actively participated in regular meetings with customer Planning and Deployment teams, providing clear updates on project follow-up and technical progress. - Project Documentation: Managed project-related technical documentation, ensuring proper customer approvals and timely follow-ups. Consistently maintained up-to-date documentation of best practices to ensure team alignment and knowledge sharing. - Professional Services and Resource Management: Created and managed the Professional Services schedule, ensuring resource allocation aligned with project timelines and goals. Coordinated internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution. - Risk and Issue Management: Tracked service deviations and reported potential risks to Project and Line Managers, proactively managing issues to prevent delays. Monitored adherence to the Statement of Work (SoW) and collaborated with teams to avoid undesired deviations in project scope.- Customer Interface and Leadership: Provided technical leadership to both internal teams and customers, acting as the key technical interface for all project-related matters. Defined the execution strategy for project delivery, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction.- Continuous Process Improvement: Regularly reviewed and evaluated Network Implementation (NI) technical procedures in collaboration with the NI leader, contributing to continuous process improvements.
