We consistently had the lowest DPPM & NCPPM of all the Masco BCG plants.We used Continuous Improvement tools to run our business. I facilitated over 150 Kaizens and taught Six Sigma. All employees were involved in Kaizens. All Management was trained in Six Sigma & completed projects that improved safety, quality and cost. In addition to that I taught all of management (26 Managers & Supervisors) the Zenger Miller Basic Management skills. From 1984 to 2009 I was a ASQ Certified Quality Engineer and in 2004 I became a certified Six Sigma Black Belt by the Juran Institute. -
