I am open for opportunities that would best utilise my extensive product experience, either as a head of product management, product owner or as a senior individual contributor, for a B2B SaaS organisation. I have deep product and market knowledge of the Low Code, BPMS, Process Governance, Integration, Document Management and Data Capture offerings.I have also previously held engineering director and technical product marketing roles. Prior to working for software vendors, I worked in solution consulting.Whilst it is important for a product leader to have experience of the process and a clear vision and roadmap for the products for which they are responsible, they cannot sit in an “ivory tower”. My approach to product management/ownership is very much shaped by three aspects:• Using the role to drive deep collaboration and clarity across all stakeholders; development, marketing, support, sales, executive management AND customers – to be a facilitator of joint decision-making and planning so that all key stakeholders are bought into the product strategy and roadmap.• Collecting and using data to drive conversations with stakeholders and drive the associated product decisions, strategy and product roadmap. “Without data you’re just another person with an opinion” (Demming)• Continuously looking at things differently, driving and embracing change. Just because something works now it doesn’t mean it cannot be improved or will still work in twelve months’ time when it might be too late, more difficult, or more expensive to change.I am a believer in Pragmatic Marketing's NIHITO mantra. A PM/PO has to be speaking to the market regularly - the best conversations still happen by getting on a plane but great market input can still be gathered over a Zoom or Webex session.I have deep experience of managing the customer relationship aspects of product, leading many strategic conversations with large corporate customers such as CitiBank, Santander, SocGen, BNPP, ABN-AMRO, Bank of Montreal, Telecom Italia, Nestle, Abbvie and many, many others.

Lead the Product Strategy and Product Management function for all TIBCO's BPM Products, including our Low-Code SAAS offering Live Apps, our Enterprise BPMS ActiveMatrix BPM and our Process Knowledge SAAS platform Nimbus.
