Working in a relatively small company and having acquired knowledge of our own system during those years, I support many departments and work together with many people as a link between what the industry requirements are and our product development.We can say that I have many job roles at the same time. From giving advice to our development team to the very most lower level of SDR design and device troubleshooting, including customer engagement and direct technical support.We are in a very challenging sector that requires keeping up fast with the required knowledge and, in startup companies, there are no mentors to teach us how things works. Independence and fast self-learning is key.
