Along with upgrading Power systems.Communicate directly with contractors, site managers and engineers concerning project cost, staffing and scheduling.Work directly with customers regarding daily project updates, resolving issues and submitting project close out documentation.Oversee the warehouse (material & equipment staging) and logistics of daily operations.Provide estimates and quotes for potential projects including corporate, state, local and federal agencies.Work with upper management on financial performance and strategic financial planning.

Louisville, Kentucky Area

My main job duties include managing and to oversee AT&T 3G build out. 4g LTE upgrades. Main equipment is Ericsson and NOKIA. I am responsible for all the closeout documentation on jobs and auditing work of other team members. I am also responsible for training new hires, trouble shooting and problem solving any issues. I have experience with Anritsu and PIM testing, T1 testing with PCO, and fiber testing. I maintain a high level of communication with customers and other management. Work closely with engineering to maintain completion goals

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

My main responsibility was leading projects in the installation of Nokia BSC 2i and 3i, transcoder TCSM, I worked closely with engineering to maintain completion goals. I gained experience with wire wrapping, punch down, and t1 testing with CO.
