Currently managing 11 APD Field adjusters located throughout Florida. Accountable for the direct supervision of each adjuster. Also accountable for weekly and monthly reporting in the APD claims enviroment.

I began my Progressive career as an auto physical damage adjustor. These duties included complex estimating of high-end vehicles as well as high-severity damage. My experience led to me a promotion to a generalist role with the Special lines group. This included full file handling including injury claims, from start to finish also including the estimatics on Commercial Auto (Heavy Equipment) Motorcycle, Recreational Vehicles, marine, Personal watercraft, and ATV. This lead to my promotion to team leader of the Commercial Auto/ Special lines group, I also led teams handling claims on special lines products (RV, motorcycle, boats). My experience also included knowledge of heavy equipment and commercial auto damage assessments. This led me to my promotion to Commercial Auto Field Specialist Manager – Duties included managing a team of eight commercial auto physical damage adjusters and two team leaders, located across Florida.
