Mr. Roger Ching, a former special agent of the British Royal Military Police, with over 25 years experience in worldwide investigative operations, supply chain and production plant security, and commercial crime investigations. Following his retirement from the British Armed Forces, in 1991, he was employed by Pinkerton (Asia) Ltd to handle IP investigations in China and Asia Pacific countries. Upon completion of his contract with Pinkerton, in 1992, he took up the post “Head of Investigation Branch” offered by CLP Power Hong Kong Ltd, a leading power generation company in Asia Pacific region with a work force over 6000 employees strong. Mr Ching is a qualified Scenes of Crime Officer and experienced security professional who received his training at the Royal Military Police Training Centre, Chichester, England, the U.K. Ministry of Defence and London Metropolitan Police. He has directed investigations in China, Hong Kong, U.K. Holland, Germany, Korea and Indonesia. He is an Associate Member of the Canadian Chartered Institute of Finance & Accountancy, Member of American Society for Industrial Security and an Associate Member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. He is a registered Accountant with the Canadian Chartered Institute of Finance & Accountancy and has been awarded the British Army Long Service & Good Conduct Medal.Roger is currently the Chairperson of HKOR Benevolent Association (a charitable organization in Hong Kong).
