I have over 18 years of culinary experience and an AA degree from the Art Institute of CA-OC. Currently, I am VP of Operations & Innovation for F&S Gourmet Foods, a retail marketing company with over 25 retail product SKUs across multiple categories. Previously, I was the Manager of Product Development at Del Taco, LLC in charge of all New Products Development, organization, optimization, sensory and flavor detailing. For the Previous 7 years, I operated LCF Consulting, a consulting firm specializing in restaurant development, management and training. My most recent client was Vitality Gourmet, a nutrition based wellness food program delivered nationwide to clients with dietary restrictions, weight loss goals and overall wellness, where I served as Executive Chef and Director of Operations & Quality Assurance. I also have vast experience in R&D and training for multi-unit restaurants, with a strong focus on central production programs and product development. Along with my back of house experience, I am also well versed in all business, development and financial aspects of restaurant workings, including technology based programming of POS systems for multi-unit restaurants. I have developed training programs for many nation wide programs and have a strong desire to be a part of a growing company that looks to expand through creativity, efficiency and productivity. I consider myself to be a strong leader who leads by example and works with the staff to be their best and most efficient while maintaining positivity and a common energy to growing the brand.
